Responsibility: Provide on-site technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devicesSet up and configure new workstations and mobile devices. Help maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and related issues. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures. Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Provide training and support to staff on basic IT procedures and software applications. Requirements: A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Knowledge in Windows 365 and Windows operation system is a must Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols Knowledge in warehouse IT support and warehouse IT equipment will be an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to provide training and support to the candidate. Fresh graduates are welcome. Working location : Tsing Yi Working time : 0900-1800 (Mon to Fri) 5 days work Full-time
