The focus is on building trusted relationships with US-based professionals and ensuring the client can rapidly match candidates to roles. Over time, this role will also conduct first-stage candidate interviews. Area of Focus Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) & Allied Health Recruitment (USA) All recruitment activity will focus on professionals working in the ABA and allied health space, supporting autism and ADHD services across the United States. Key role types include: - Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) - Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Occupational Therapists (OTs) - Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) - Social Workers Key Responsibilities - Conduct tailored, one-to-one outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals. - Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates through consultative conversations. - Gather and record detailed candidate information (experience, licensure, role preferences, location, salary expectations, availability). - Maintain a highly organized and accurate CRM with clear tagging and notes. - Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for UK team-led interviews. - Conduct structured first-stage interviews (future phase) and provide summaries to UK recruitment leads. - Maintain a ready pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate or future roles.
