# Officer, Project Management **Solaire Resort Entertainment City** · Parañaque · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the Marketing Services workflow using Asana. - Receive, review, and coordinate incoming marketing requests. - Work with the Marketing Services Manager to prioritize and assign projects based on business needs, team capacity, and deadlines. - Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion. - Identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints and escalate issues when necessary. - Maintain project schedules, dashboards, workload reports, and project tracking systems. - Coordinate timelines across multiple marketing campaigns and projects. Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative services, digital content management, or project coordination. - Experience administering Content Management Systems (CMS). - Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms. - Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment, retail, or advertising agencies is an advantage. - Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: - Employee discount - Free parking - On-site parking Work Location: In person
