Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to branches. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and account status for senior management review. Qualifications Must have advanced knowledge and skills to use AI agents to assist in other tasks. (e.g; ChatGPT, Gemini, Deepseek etc) Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring sales teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and clients. A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
