Responsibilities - Assist with day-to-day office support and administrative tasks - Create and manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms - Film, edit, and post short-form video content and reels - Help develop creative marketing ideas and patient engagement campaigns - Maintain a consistent online brand presence - Collaborate with third-party marketing service providers currently working with the office - Coordinate with office staff regarding promotions, services, and educational content - Support general office operations as needed Qualifications - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation - Basic video editing and content planning experience preferred - Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service, office administration, marketing, or social media management is a plus - A background in marketing, digital media, communications, or content creation is strongly preferred Preferred Skills - Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and short-form content - Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools - Ability to create both educational and engaging content - Interest in healthcare, wellness, or patient education is a bonus Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
