Offers & Contracts Specialist Location: Ardmore, New Zealand Te Whiwhinga a mahi | The opportunity As the Offers & Contracts Specialist, you will work closely with a large and inclusive team of technical experts focused on success. You will provide hands-on offer and contract execution, acting as the day-to-day operational link between Sales, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Management to keep commercial opportunities moving forward efficiently. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you will support the front office team by preparing, reviewing, tracking, and coordinating commercial offers and contracts for Airbus Helicopter's portfolio, products, and services. This will include: Drafting commercial proposals, standard sales agreements, and formal quotations using Salesforce and standard business systems. Coordinating multi-functional inputs across engineering, finance, and procurement to assemble accurate pricing and proposal packages. Reviewing contract terms, drafting commercial agreements (NDAs, LOIs, SLAs, Purchase Agreements), and highlighting non-standard terms. Managing internal governance, contract review documentation, and ensuring compliance with sanctions, export control, and ethics policies. Supporting post-award commercial handoffs to Program Management and tracking milestones, change requests, and contract lifecycles. Acting as an understudy for the New Zealand Sales Manager for Civil Helicopters and supporting broader commercial operations tasks as required. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and work comfortably in a continuous improvement environment. Key requirements of the role include: Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing commercial, proposal, or bid documents in a complex, technology-based industry. Proven ability to manage complex internal stakeholder relationships across multiple functional business areas. Practical experience supporting sales, marketing, commercial operations, or stakeholder engagement activities. High level of attention to detail and personal accountability for delivery standards. Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure while managing shifting priorities. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & experience that will assist you to succeed include: Relevant professional experience in Sales, Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Legal, or Engineering. Tertiary qualification (Degree level) in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Legal, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in aircraft-related sales, aviation commercial operations, or network policy management. Proficiency with software systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft/Google business suites.
