1. Position Overview

• Role: Off-Plan Property Consultant
• Department: Primary Market – Off-Plan Sales
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Commission-Based

1. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and end-users.
• Convert prospects into successful sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers.
• Stay updated on new launches, payment plans and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

1. Skills & Qualifications

• Previous Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Good understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market.
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
