Writing and optimising our own pages is already covered. It is not a social media manager job, not a graphic design job, and not a paid-media job. We are hiring one person to own everything that happens off our website, and we expect you to arrive already knowing how to do it. This is not a role you grow into. Who we are We are a Dubai company selling crypto mining hardware and hosting, with a growing line of AI and GPU servers. Our buyers are investors and operators, not casual consumers, and they research a specific machine before they spend five figures on it. We sell into Germany, the United States and France. We hold real stock in real facilities, so you will have product, photos, footage and pricing data that nobody else in this niche can get. Why this role exists Off-page is already our most valuable channel per visit, and nobody owns it. It currently runs on listings somebody set up once and then left alone. - Our strongest referring site sends around 29 visits a day. Those visitors engage well above our site average and have produced three orders worth more than USD 35,000. It has produced nothing for ten weeks, because nobody works the relationship. - Three more sites in the same category send roughly 3,400 visits a quarter between them, also unmanaged. - One order worth USD 34,800 came from a buyer who found us through an AI assistant. We did nothing deliberate to be in that answer. - A professional-network account nobody manages produced three orders worth over USD 139,000 in a single month. We also once paid USD 4,000 for a backlink package that was never deliverable. We are not repeating that. We want someone who earns placements and knows which ones are worth having. What you will own - Placements where our buyers already are: mining and hardware forums, comparison and calculator sites, marketplaces, regional communities in English, German and French. - Digital PR and outreach: getting us quoted, reviewed, listed and linked by publications and channels that matter in mining and data-centre hardware. - Partnerships and co-marketing with suppliers, pools, hosting providers and comparison sites, including getting reciprocal links out of partnerships we already have. - Being cited by AI: making sure that when a buyer asks an AI assistant which machine to buy or where to buy it, we are in the answer. - Media and video as a placement channel, one asset per product, produced to a repeatable template rather than one at a time. - A ledger of every placement: where, when, link type, referral traffic, orders. If it is not measured it did not happen. What you must bring These are requirements, not preferences. An application that cannot evidence them will not be shortlisted. - At least three years in which off-page was your main job, not a task you did alongside content or ads. - Live, checkable proof of your own work: links you earned, profiles and accounts you built, campaigns you ran. You will be asked to name them and we will open them. - Experience in a niche with a defined community, where you had to know the specific forums and sites rather than send generic outreach. - Volume. You ship placements every week to a system. Someone who needs three days for one asset is not who we are looking for. - Full-time, five days a week, on-site in Dubai, Business Bay. No remote, no hybrid, no part-time. Strong bonus - Crypto, mining, hardware or data-centre experience, and existing contacts in it. - German or French at native or near-native level. - You have made a channel work that others had written off, and can show the numbers. - Comfortable on camera, or able to direct someone who is. What we do not want - Bought links, PBNs, guest-post marketplaces, directory submission packages, link exchanges, 500 backlinks per month. We have paid for that once and got nothing. - Answers copied out of a chatbot. We read every application against the CV, and a fluent answer attached to a CV that cannot support it ends the application. - Percentages without a starting point. Grew referral traffic 300 percent tells us nothing without the site, the baseline and the period. Practical - Location: Business Bay, Dubai. On-site, five days a week. - Visa: we sponsor it. An expired, cancelled, visit or dependent visa is not a problem. - Selection: shortlisted candidates get one paid trial task on one of our real products before the final interview.
