# Odoo Functional Consultant **ACTION BOULEVARD GAMES ARCADE L.L.C** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Warehouse, Inventory and Procurement to manage and optimise our Odoo operations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Odoo Inventory, Warehouse, Purchase, Sales and Accounting modules. Set up multi-warehouse/location structures, routes, putaway/removal strategies and replenishment rules. Implement barcode operations , stock counting, lot/serial tracking and inventory traceability. Manage purchasing workflows, landed costs, inventory valuation and import costing. Configure pricelists, delivery processes, returns and customer fulfilment. Develop dashboards and reports for stock accuracy, ageing, replenishment and sales performance. Maintain Odoo users, access rights, workflows and functional configurations. Coordinate with Odoo developers/partners for customisations and integrations. Prepare SOPs, documentation, testing and user training. Ensure inventory and system data support UAE VAT and compliance requirements . Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on Odoo Functional experience . At least one full-cycle Odoo implementation in a trading, wholesale or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of Odoo Inventory and Purchase , including multi-step operations, barcode, replenishment and stock valuation. Good working knowledge of Sales, CRM and Accounting. Practical warehouse and supply-chain understanding. Experience with Odoo 17/18/19 is preferred. Advanced Excel and strong reporting/documentation skills. Excellent English communication. UAE VAT/customs and import process knowledge is an advantage. Experience with electrical, hardware, building materials or other SKU-heavy businesses is preferred.
