We are looking for a Part-Time Odoo Consultant who can help us design, implement, and optimize our business processes through Odoo — particularly across HR, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. Since we are a startup without a dedicated IT department, we are seeking someone hands-on, independent, and experienced in working with small teams. Key Responsibilities: Assess and document current business processes for integration into Odoo. Configure and customize Odoo modules based on operational needs. Recommend process improvements aligned with best practices. Provide guidance and support to non-technical users. Assist in initial setup, testing, and post-implementation monitoring. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation or consulting. Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting). Experience working with startups or SMEs is an advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Can work independently with minimal supervision.
