The Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Team Lead to manage our implementation team and own project delivery from kickoff to go-live. You will be the main point of contact for customers and make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Odoo functional consultants and developers
• Own end-to-end delivery of Odoo implementation projects
• Coordinate with customers on requirements, timelines, UAT and go-live
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare BRDs and scope documents
• Plan, assign and track tasks; manage risks, change requests and escalations
• Report project status regularly to customers and management
• Ensure quality of configuration, customization and data migration
• Support presales with solution demos and effort estimation when required
• Handle post-go-live support handover and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 4+ years of Odoo experience, including at least 2 years leading a team or projects
• Strong functional knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Point of Sale and Manufacturing
• Proven track record of delivering full-cycle Odoo implementations
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of the technical side (Python/Odoo framework) to guide developers
• Experience with Odoo 16, 17, 18 or 19 preferred
• UAE implementation experience is a strong advantage

Visa

Candidates on spouse/family sponsorship visa (no employer sponsorship required) will be given preference. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
