Nurse Manager – Multiple Nursing Departments Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Nursing We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Nurse Managers for multiple specialized nursing departments . Each position will have its own specific area of responsibility and will be responsible for the leadership, management, and operational oversight of the assigned department. Available Nurse Manager Positions We are hiring Nurse Managers for: ICU Nurse Manager – Responsible for the overall management and clinical operations of the Intensive Care Unit, including staff supervision, patient care standards, staffing, clinical protocols, quality, and patient safety. Inpatient (IP) Nurse Manager – Responsible for the management of inpatient nursing services, including nursing staff, patient care, daily operations, staffing, clinical standards, documentation, and quality improvement. Outpatient (OPD) Nurse Manager – Responsible for the management and coordination of outpatient nursing services, including staff supervision, patient flow, clinical standards, operational efficiency, and quality of care. Nursing Education / Training Manager – Responsible for nursing education, orientation, induction, in-service training, competency assessments, continuing education, and professional development of nursing staff. Infection Prevention & Control Nurse Manager – Responsible for leading infection prevention and control activities, including infection surveillance, audits, staff education, hand hygiene compliance, isolation practices, infection-control policies, and prevention of healthcare-associated infections. General Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nursing ( BSN or equivalent ); relevant Master’s degree is an advantage. Valid nursing license/registration as applicable. More than 12 years of Exp Relevant clinical and leadership/management experience in the respective area. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and patient safety. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead nursing teams and maintain high standards of patient care. Experience with quality improvement, clinical audits, and regulatory/accreditation standards is preferred. Work Location: In person
