The role involves research-based program development, data-driven analysis, and evaluation of educational effectiveness to support innovation in instructional design and training systems. The Supervisor level also provides leadership in research initiatives, policy support, and mentoring of junior researchers or curriculum specialists. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct educational research and data analysis to support program development and improvement Design, develop, and enhance curricula, training materials, and learning systems Plan, test, evaluate, and validate educational programs and interventions Prepare documentation, reports, and research outputs for stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives using evidence-based methods (Supervisor) Lead research projects, provide technical guidance, and support policy or strategic recommendations (Supervisor ) Mentor and guide junior team members or specialists EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related fields such as: Educational Research Curriculum Development Other relevant courses WORK EXPERIENCE: Engineer A: 3–7 years experience in research, curriculum design, or related educational development work Supervisor: 8–10+ years experience with leadership exposure in research, curriculum management, or policy/program development SKILLS REQUIRED Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Research design and methodology expertise Data interpretation, analysis, and reporting Academic and technical writing (including publications) Curriculum or instructional design experience Problem-solving and innovation mindset (Supervisor) Leadership, mentoring, and policy/program advisory capability Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance On-site parking Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Transportation service provided Experience: Research: 3 years (Required) Supervising: 3 years (Preferred) Product Development: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
