Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage NOC applications, submissions, approvals, and renewals . Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, utility providers, clients, and consultants. Prepare and submit required NOC documents, drawings, and supporting documents. Follow up on NOC applications and ensure approvals are obtained within project timelines. Coordinate with site and engineering teams to ensure work complies with approved NOC conditions. Track NOC status, expiry dates, comments, and approval requirements. Attend coordination meetings with authorities, clients, and consultants when required. Resolve NOC-related issues and coordinate responses to authority comments. Maintain proper records and documentation of all NOC applications and approvals. Ensure pipeline construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved NOCs and authority requirements. Requirements Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in NOC coordination, preferably in pipeline/infrastructure projects. Experience dealing with government authorities, utility providers, clients, and consultants . Experience with pipeline or infrastructure projects is preferred. TAQA project experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of NOC procedures, submissions, approvals, and authority requirements. Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and document management.
