Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage the night operations of the front office, including the reception and reservations areas. Oversee and coordinate the work of night staff, and collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, security, F&B and Kitchen, to facilitate the usage of the facilities and services during the night. Maintain effective communication with other shifts and departments to ensure a smooth transition of information and operations. Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest services during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively. Manage the check-in and check-out processes for arriving and departing guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Handle VIP arrivals during the night shift, providing personalized attention and ensuring a high level of service for distinguished guests. Provide training and guidance to front office team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. Requirements : Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively handle guest interactions and resolve issues during the night shift. Ability to supervise and motivate night staff, ensuring a smooth operation and high-quality service delivery. Previous Front Office experience in management capacity in a 4 or 5 start hotel required Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and driving results.
