The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting IVR and contact center solutions. Required Skills Strong experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone Hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting Strong experience with RESTful Web Services / APIs Experience developing and implementing IVR flows and call flows Experience with Contact Center dashboards and reporting Experience with Skills-Based Routing Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and conflict-management skills Responsibilities Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs. Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows. Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts. Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations. Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations. Configure and support skills-based routing. Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues. Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities. Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
