The Role We are seeking a skilled Nexacro Developer to join our Cloud & Data Engineering team. In this role, you will build and migrate enterprise-level applications, leveraging your expertise in both the Nexacro platform (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend), with a strong focus on secure, high-performing systems. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities - Experience & Education: 2+ years of experience in Full-stack, Front-end, or Back-end development, with at least 1+ years of relevant experience in the Nexacro Platform . Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a related field. - Frontend & Nexacro Expertise: - Strong proficiency in Nexacro frontend development and JavaScript (ES5/ES6+, closures, callbacks, event-driven programming). - Deep understanding of Nexacro-specific concepts: data binding, dataset handling, asynchronous transaction calls, dynamic component rendering, and form/grid management. - Experience with WinForm-style two-way data binding patterns for real-time UI/Data synchronization. - Backend & Architecture: - Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration. - Experience with Java JSP and migrating legacy JSP-based systems to the Nexacro Platform. - Security & Deployment: - Proficient in handling session-based authentication (SessionID management, propagation, secure enterprise handling). - Experience deploying and managing apps on servers like Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic. - Tools & Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of the Insurance domain workflows (policy management, claims, underwriting) is highly preferred. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
