Candidates should have strong skills in market research, supplier sourcing, cost control, and project management. Responsibilities include identifying product opportunities, developing specifications, managing samples and testing, and coordinating product launches. Knowledge of rubber, plastics, reflective materials, and manufacturing processes is preferred. Good English communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience with international markets and suppliers is a plus. Duties - Lead the end-to-end development of new products, managing project scope, schedule, and budget within the product management lifecycle. - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear, actionable product specifications and success criteria. - Apply program development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall to ensure flexible yet disciplined project execution. - Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Smartsheet for project planning, tracking progress, and collaboration across teams. - Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma principles for process optimization. - Oversee risk management strategies and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, supply chain, and IT infrastructure to align on project goals and deliverables. - Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts to support product development activities effectively. - Lead program design initiatives focused on cost control, quality management, and scope management to maximize value creation. - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts efficiently. Skills - Extensive experience in project management methodologies including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks. - Proven supervisory experience in technical project & program management roles with a focus on team leadership and coaching. - Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Project Server, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and ServiceNow. - Expertise in requirements analysis, business process modeling, process improvement (Kaizen), and process management techniques. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Microsoft Office (Excel data analysis), Visio, Workday, and Confluence. - Skilled in risk management practices including earned value management (EVM) for tracking project performance against budgets and schedules. - Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and technical writing for documentation purposes. - Demonstrated ability in vendor management, contract negotiations, and IT infrastructure coordination related to product development projects. - Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and fostering a collaborative environment.
