Network Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across

multiple teams.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members

to ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability

and operational efficiency.

• Support the development and implementation of best practices and

standard operating procedures within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Load Balancers.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching

technologies.

• Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing

network performance.

• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Ability to work with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure

system health and availability.
