This includes management of infrastructure security, server load balancers, web application firewall. Including upstream, providers, etc. Duties and Responsibilities: - Resolves and manages complex support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our users’ expectations. - Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed. - Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances. - Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. - Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. - Participate in managing all network solutions. Job Qualifications/Specifications: At least one(1) to two(2) years related experience - Graduate of BSCPE, BSECE, IT, CS or any computer related field - Knowledgeable in routing and switching using all common/standard protocols(ISIS, OSPF, BGP) - Experience with MS Active Directory - Experience with DNS management (MS & BIND) - Experience with Application and Network Performance Management - Should have an understanding and interpreting system/application and network performance - CCNA or any CompTIA certification is a plus Formal Qualifications: - An analytical mind - An ability to learn new technologies quickly - Good time management skills - An ability to follow processes - Strong documentation skills - Good communication skills – both written and verbal Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Opportunities for promotion - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
