At least 2–3 years of experience in Network Operations, Network Monitoring, or IT Operations. With technical documentation experience. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Proactive and willing to learn Willing to work 6 days a week with overtime pay Responsibilities Monitor daily network, system, and server operations Support Datacenter, Cloud, and Managed Services environments Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed Follow NOC procedures and operational standards Assist with IT infrastructure and system projects Provide basic System Administration and DevOps support Maintain daily operational logs and reports Track and update incidents through the ticketing system Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams Ensure service levels and operational targets are met Provide status updates to the Team Lead and Operations Manager Perform daily backups and help ensure data security Monitor systems and networks for security threats and vulnerabilities Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you okay with 6 days per week and shifting schedule?
