The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in OSS KPI analysis, User Experience KPI analysis, network coverage analysis, MR data analysis, and network optimization . Experience working with Globe CSP programs will be highly preferred. Responsibilities Analyze OSS statistics and identify worst-performing cells. Perform root-cause analysis of network performance issues. Recommend solutions to improve network performance and customer experience. Analyze User Experience (UX) KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Conduct network coverage analysis using MR (Measurement Report) data . Analyze crowdsourced/crowded-source and Meta raw data. Use network data analysis to improve user experience scoring. Identify network optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network performance challenges. Prepare analysis reports and communicate findings and recommended solutions. Requirements Experience in OSS KPI and User Experience KPI analysis . Hands-on experience with crowdsourced/crowded-source data and MR raw data analysis . Experience in network performance and coverage analysis. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze large volumes of network data and identify performance issues. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced telecom environment. Globe CSP program experience is highly preferred.
