Network and Security Equipment Management: - Support and manage routers, switches, firewalls,Intrusion - Detection/Intrusion Prevention System, VPNgateways, proxies, Wire Lan - Controllers, Network Access Control appliances,load balancers, Network - Management System, other network and firewalldevices. - Perform day-to-day network and securityoperations, including monitoring and managing network infrastructure. 2. Incident and Problem Management: - Respond to network incidents according toseverity levels and meet service level requirements. - Handle high-pressure situations, identifyproblems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues. - Adhere to incident management workflows andprocedures. 3. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain and update network diagrams,configuration records, inventory, RMA records, and incident reports. - Provide timely and accurate reports on networkperformance, capacity planning, and incident analysis. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with third-party vendors,telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers. - Participate in transition planning and supportthe onboarding of network and security systems. 5. Compliance and Training: - Ensure compliance with company policies,information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations. - Provide continuous training to enhance knowledgeand skills in network administration and management. Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Information Technology or arelated field. Experience: - Level 1: Minimum of 3 years of experience inmanaging network and security infrastructure. Certifications: - Level 1: ITIL certified, CCNA or equivalentnetwork certifications. Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of network andsecurity systems. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-makingskills. - Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: - Ability to work on standby, including nights,weekends, and holidays. - On standby and contactable 24/7 for support andescalation. ALPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.
