# Network Engineer **ACI, Inc.** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsible for the design, building, administration, and monitoring of the network operations, system; configures, operates and maintains network systems hardware and software; planning and implementing security measures to protect the network and its data; handles the implementation of back-up for network configuration; handles and conceptualize IT account projects regarding network support such as preparation of project design including cost, specification, etc. and project implementation. Specific Duties - Designs, administers and monitors/maintains the efficiency of the network operations. - Handles the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the networking and security systems hardware and software. - Implements and maintains management of cable facility and network monitoring systems. - Analyzes network problems/trouble and provides the first line of support in troubleshooting problems regarding network operations & connectivity performance/utilization. - Handles the implementation of backup for network configurations. Regularly monitors network performance and submits monitoring log to the IT Head. - Handles and conceptualizes IT account projects regarding network support such as preparation of project design (incl. costing, specification, etc) and project implementation. - Prepares documentation including but not limited to network infrastructure, implemented projects, etc. - Escalates issues/barriers encountered on projects to be implemented and network support concerns to the IT Head for early resolution. - Provides the IT Head with regular updates and feedback on day-to-day status. - Other tasks as may be assigned by the IT Head. Requirements - Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science Major in Information Technology or related course - Has Cisco or any related network/ secuirty certifications - Supervisory level, at least 5 years related working experience - Has knowledge handling network support operations, Cisco Routers and Switches - Must be able to configure internal switching and routing protocols - Proficient in both Computer Hardware and Software Applications - Proficient in Windows, MS Office and Visio Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Additional leave - Company events - Free parking - Health insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): - Do you have CISCO or any related network security operations? - Briefly provide your professional experience - What is your desired salary? - If hired, how soon can you join the Company?
