We only build on the Microsoft stack, Azure, M356, D365, Copilot - We follow events like Build, ignite to guide us on what Microsoft focuses on. - We build Integration- and data platforms - We build intelligent applications, cloud-based applications (x-cross platform, web and API’s) that are enriched with AI Learn and Grow - Learning and growing is in the DNA of the client. - We focus on the brought Microsoft stack - All our engineers are Microsoft certified - Young talent is onboarding the client’s Academy - We make mistakes and learn from them Cultures - We have a flat organization - We are open for feedback, not criticism - We are responsible for our own freedom - We don’t wait for delegation; we ask what we can do - We are self-reflective - We are pro-active - All team members are responsible for the success of the team (making others great) Your skills and experience Skills & Experience - 6+ years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C#, , .NET Core). - Experience working with Azure. - Experience working with GitHub or Azure DevOps. - Experience working with SQL databases. - Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI - Experience building Skill and Agents - Experience MCP - Experience in frontend application development: Blazor, ReactJS (Nice to have). Other - The candidate speaks very well English. - The candidate has good communications skill. - The candidate takes ownership and responsibility. - The candidate asks questions to ensure he/ she understands tasks. - The candidate is not afraid to be blunt.
