Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team. Account Retention Rate: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) or top doctors assigned to the National Sales Manager. Timely and Complete Submission: Provide operational reports as needed for the sales field force team. Launch Planning Collaboration: Offer insights on market needs and demands by staying updated on industry trends and practices learned from the field. Marketing Implementation Rate: Ensure the execution of marketing activities and assess their effectiveness. Call Performance: Ensure that call metrics are met via ESCIENCE. Timely Submission of Comprehensive Targets: Set targets at the district and territory levels based on the approved configuration. Training Program and Implementation: Identify training needs and align with cross functional department.
