What You'll Do

• Maintain production stability, availability and effective day-to-day technology support.
• Lead the support team, allocating workloads and managing performance objectives.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, IT risks and capacity across the application portfolio.
• Drive root-cause analysis, incident reduction and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure releases are fully tested, documented, production-ready and compliant with governance standards.
• Maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, access controls and technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology, risk, architecture and external vendor teams.

What You Bring

• Proven hands-on Murex MX.3 support and SME-level troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of at least two Murex asset classes, ideally Fixed Income and Commodities.
• Expertise in Murex Front Office Configuration, MxML Exchange and system integrations.
• Proven production support experience, including incident management, root-cause analysis and technical escalations.
• Experience with identity and logical access management, including SailPoint, Active Directory and password vaulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, Oracle, Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Proven technical team management experience, alongside project management and quality assurance capabilities.
