# Multimedia Head (MMU HEAD) **PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY** · Quiapo · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in multimedia production, creative services, digital communications, institutional marketing, or a related field. - At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience . - Experience in an academic or educational institution is highly preferred. - Proven experience in multimedia coverage of academic and institutional events , such as conferences, summits, seminars, graduations, orientations, recognition programs, and student activities. - Proficient in video production, videography, photography, video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, livestreaming, and digital content production . - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent multimedia and design applications. - Strong understanding of institutional branding, social media content, digital communications, and visual storytelling . - Demonstrated ability to lead a multimedia/creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong project management, organizational, communication, and coordination skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with academic departments, administrative offices, student organizations, and external partners. - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide immediate multimedia support during major institutional events. - Willingness to work beyond regular office hours, including weekends, when required by institutional activities. - Portfolio/showreel of previous multimedia work is required. - Willing to be assigned in Sta Cruz Manila Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Employee discount - Health insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee - Transportation service provided - Work from home Work Location: In person
