Job Summary The Multimedia Artist is responsible for planning, producing, editing, and managing high-quality multimedia content that supports the company's marketing, branding, training, sales, and corporate communication initiatives. The role oversees the execution of creative projects, coordinates with the Creatives Team, ensures brand consistency across all visual content, and delivers compelling video and multimedia materials that strengthen customer engagement and business growth. The position requires creativity, technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Production and Editing 1.1 Plan, edit, and produce high-quality promotional, corporate, training, testimonial, event, and social media videos.1.2 Organize raw video footage, audio recordings, graphics, and multimedia assets into engaging visual content.1.3 Enhance videos through color correction, audio balancing, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.1.4 Ensure all video outputs meet company branding standards, quality expectations, and production deadlines. 2. Creative Content Development 2.1 Collaborate with the Marketing Team in conceptualizing creative campaigns, promotional materials, and multimedia strategies.2.2 Develop storyboards, production concepts, scripts, and visual treatments for video projects.2.3 Produce creative content for digital marketing, product launches, social media, internal communications, recruitment, and corporate events.2.4 Recommend innovative content ideas based on current marketing trends, audience engagement, and business objectives. 3. Creatives Team Coordination 3.1 Coordinate with Graphic Artists, Photographers, Content Writers, Social Media Specialists, and other creative personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.3.2 Monitor project timelines, creative deliverables, and production schedules to meet campaign deadlines.3.3 Review creative outputs to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, visual quality, and design standards.3.4 Assist in organizing creative workflows, task assignments, and project priorities within the Creatives Team. 4. Multimedia Production and Asset Management 4.1 Coordinate and participate in video shoots, interviews, product photography, company events, and promotional productions.4.2 Operate and maintain video production equipment, cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing workstations.4.3 Organize and maintain the company's digital library of video footage, project files, templates, graphics, music, and multimedia assets.4.4 Ensure proper file management, version control, backup, and archiving of all creative resources. 5. Branding and Quality Assurance 5.1 Ensure all multimedia content complies with the company's brand identity, communication standards, and visual guidelines.5.2 Review final video productions for technical accuracy, quality, grammar, captions, audio synchronization, and overall presentation before publication.5.3 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure creative outputs accurately reflect campaign objectives and corporate messaging.5.4 Recommend improvements to creative production processes, editing techniques, and multimedia standards. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration 6.1 Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Training, and other departments to support promotional campaigns and business initiatives.6.2 Provide multimedia support for product launches, leadership events, corporate training, recruitment campaigns, and company activities.6.3 Assist in producing internal communication videos, executive presentations, educational materials, and employee engagement content.6.4 Collaborate with external suppliers, production partners, photographers, and freelancers when necessary. 7. Performance Monitoring and Innovation 7.1 Monitor project completion timelines and ensure multimedia deliverables are produced efficiently and within schedule.7.2 Stay updated with emerging video production technologies, editing software, creative trends, and social media content formats.7.3 Analyze the performance of video content using engagement metrics and recommend improvements for future campaigns.7.4 Continuously identify opportunities to enhance production quality, workflow efficiency, and audience engagement through innovative multimedia solutions. 8. Administrative and Operational Support 8.1 Maintain production schedules, project trackers, editing logs, and creative request monitoring systems.8.2 Assist in managing creative software licenses, multimedia equipment inventory, and production resources.8.3 Prepare reports on project status, creative accomplishments, and production performance as required by Management.8.4 Perform other creative, multimedia production, administrative, and operational duties as assigned by Management. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
