In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be essential in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Utilize public speaking skills to present products effectively during meetings and demonstrations. Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using sales software. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics. Skills Language Requirement Fluent in English and either Spanish or Arabic . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language., with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong outbound sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Familiarity with retail sales principles and practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and commissions. Experience in public speaking, capable of engaging an audience effectively. Knowledge of sales management techniques and best practices. Competence in using various software tools for tracking sales performance and managing customer relationships. A proactive attitude towards cold calling and lead generation.
