Multi Task Factory In-Charge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Multi-Task Factory In-Charge to manage and supervise daily factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily factory activities and production.
• Coordinate manpower, technicians, and factory workers.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Supervise aluminium fabrication, glass works, and related activities.
• Check material requirements, stock, and inventory.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and management.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Handle multiple tasks and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in factory supervision or production management.
• Knowledge of aluminium and glass fabrication is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.

Position: Full-Time Location: UAE
