Our hospitality operations include Sweet Heart Winery in Loveland and Sweet Heart Wine & Cider locations in Fort Collins and Windsor. As our company continues to grow, we are building the leadership infrastructure necessary to deliver exceptional hospitality and operational excellence consistently across every location. We are looking for an experienced hospitality operator who loves people, understands restaurants and beverage operations, solves problems, and can confidently lead in multiple environments. The Opportunity The Multi-Site Operations Manager is a key member of our operations leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Operations . This is not a traditional single-location management position. The Multi-Site Operations Manager will work across our Loveland, Fort Collins, and Windsor locations, supporting General Managers, strengthening operating systems, improving consistency, and providing management leadership wherever it is needed most. A critical responsibility of this role is management readiness . This person must learn each Sweet Heart location well enough to confidently step in as Manager on Duty, Acting Assistant General Manager, or Acting General Manager when necessary. When a GM is on vacation, when a location needs additional leadership, when we're launching a major initiative, or when something unexpected happens, this person should be ready to step in and lead. What You'll DoMulti-Site Operations Work closely with the VP of Operations and location General Managers to drive operational excellence across all Sweet Heart hospitality locations. You will: Regularly work within our Loveland, Fort Collins, and Windsor locations. Develop a deep understanding of the people, systems, service models, products, and operating requirements of each location.
