Work alongside corporate banking colleagues supporting relationship management, client analysis and the development of solutions for local and multinational corporate clients. The role offers exposure to cross-border business, internal product partners and disciplined risk-aware decision-making. The calibre we are looking for Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in corporate clients and banking solutions. Structured thinking, sound judgement and the ability to connect client needs with broader market developments. Clear communication, stakeholder awareness and confidence working across teams. Strong attention to detail, ownership and respect for risk and controls. Interest in cross-border business and MUFG's regional and global network. What you can expect in the programme An extensive 2-year job rotation journey across teams & product offices; Network-wide ongoing development programme with potential overseas training opportunity; Outside-in exposure events including company visits and external training; Regular career coaching from HR & direct managers; Wide range of staff engagement activities to build up internal network. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher with less than 1 year’s postgraduate full time work experience; Students pursuing Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other relevant disciplines are preferred; Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills; Demonstrated commercial awareness and an interest in corporate clients, financial markets and cross-border banking solutions; Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage; Self-motivated with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in corporate banking and relationship management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and present information clearly; and Willingness to learn, take ownership and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude.
