If you're an experienced MSK physio looking for strong clinical variety, room to grow, and the facilities to do more than just table-based rehab, we'd love to hear from you. Physio Strength Therapy treats a broad caseload — acute and chronic MSK conditions, sports injuries, and pre/post-op patients — with strong referral links to local GPs, consultants, clubs and gyms. Our in-house gym runs around 20 weekly small-group weights classes plus mat Pilates, so our approach goes beyond the treatment room: we help clients get stronger, more resilient and more functional, both day-to-day and in their sport. This is a part-time role with a genuine path to full-time for the right person, and scope to get promoted to a more senior clinical role as you settle in. Essential CORU / ISCP registered (completed registration required) BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy 2+ years' private practice experience treating MSK conditions Professional Indemnity Insurance Strong manual therapy skills and confidence progressing rehab programmes to return to sport Excellent communication skills and genuine care for clients Personally experienced and active in gym training Desirable A qualification in strength & conditioning, personal training, fitness instruction or mat Pilates Comfortable instructing small-group fitness classes Experience with strength & conditioning programming Experience with dynamometry and objective strength testing Dry Needling certified The Role Part-time: 20 clinical hours across 3 days per week Saturday availability required Comfortable caseload — standard 60-minute initial assessments and 45-minute follow-ups, with flexibility to add break times where suits you best Clear potential to move to full-time hours, and to take on a more senior or mentoring role over time What We Offer A purpose-built, fully equipped gym and use of the clinic gym Cliniko, Physitrack and note-transcribing AI already in place CPD fund plus in-house CPD & team training A supportive team environment with team social events On-site parking, less than 500m from Leopardstown Valley Luas stop Job Type: Part-time Remuneration: Depending on experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: €25,000.00-€35,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events On-site gym On-site parking Sick pay Ability to commute/relocate: Leopardstown, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: Coru Registration (required) Work authorisation: Ireland (required) Work Location: In person
