# Motion GD & Video Editor- Andheri- Ad Agency **Pink Sky HR Services** · Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Bugdet: 50,000 Key responsibilities Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content across platforms - social, digital campaigns, websites, and branded content Edit videos end-to-end, integrating motion elements, sound design, transitions, and visual effects Translate concepts into storyboards, style frames, and animation sequences with a strong narrative lens Leverage AI tools to enhance creative output and efficiency (e.g., generative visuals, video enhancement, voice/VO tools, automation plugins) Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and operations/business teams to bring ideas to life Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all outputs Stay ahead of motion design, video, and AI trends, and actively bring new approaches into the work Shoot & production involvement Work with videographers/photographers or independently capture content where required Provide creative direction on-set to ensure output aligns with the intended narrative and edit Required skills & qualifications 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm in video Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar Understanding of video formats, codecs, and optimization for different digital platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Preferred / good to have Hands-on experience with videography and/or photography (camera handling, lighting basics, framing) Experience supervising or directing shoots Exposure to 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D Knowledge of After Effects expressions or workflow automation Familiarity with sound design and audio editing Awareness of emerging formats such as AR/VR or interactive content Key competencies Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking Attention to detail and craft Proactiveness and ownership of projects Adaptability to new tools, especially AI-led workflows Collaborative mindset with clear communication Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
