What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, investors, and referral partners.
• Understand clients’ financing goals and guide them through available loan options.
• Manage your pipeline from initial conversation through closing, keeping clients and partners informed.
• Use our CRM and marketing tools to follow up with leads and stay connected with your network.
• Work with lending and operations partners to deliver a smooth, responsive mortgage experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable lending requirements and company procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership of your pipeline, communicate clearly, and care about delivering a great client experience.

• Active Texas mortgage loan originator license, or willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing before originating loans.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Comfort using technology and marketing tools to grow your business.
• Mortgage lending experience preferred; training is available for the right candidate.

• Location: Remote — must be based in Texas
• Compensation: Commission-based
• Advertised annual earning range: $60,000–$250,000, based on production. This is not a guaranteed salary.
