# Mold Tooling Assistant Section Manager **John Clements Recruitment Inc.- Japan Desk** · Cavite City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: ・ Manage and supervise mold tooling operations, including mold preparation, maintenance, modification, and repair. ・ Review, interpret, and validate mold technical drawings and product design specifications. ・ Troubleshoot mold and injection molding defects during trial runs and mass production. ・ Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality control, maintenance) and external toolmakers to ensure tooling quality and lead times. ・ Assist the Section Manager in team supervision, workflow planning, and technical problem-solving. Qualifications ・Extensive experience in plastic injection mold in plastic mold for the automotive and electronics industries ・Knowledgeable in Mold drawing ・Previous work experience in a Japanese company ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ・Good communication skills in English Willing to work at Silang Cavite Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
