Mold & Moisture Division Manager — Sales, Estimating & Operations
Job Summary Launch, lead and grow our new mold and moisture division in Eastern Massachusetts. You will execute our sales strategy, manage opportunities from inspection through project completion, and build the team and systems needed to scale. Responsibilities Execute sales strategies targeting builders, luxury properties and commercial accounts Build referral relationships with contractors, property managers and insurance professionals Meet with owners and builders, scope projects, prepare estimates and present proposals Manage the sales pipeline and customer follow-up Develop remediation plans, documentation and project standards Coordinate crews, equipment, containment and subcontractors Maintain strong project margins and customer satisfaction Recruit and train technicians as the division grows Develop prevention programs and recurring service agreements Requirements 5+ years in mold remediation, water mitigation or restoration IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician certification; Mold Remediation Specialist is preferable Strong estimating and project-management experience Demonstrated ability to sell $10,000+ projects Existing relationships in Eastern Massachusetts are a bonus Knowledge of containment, moisture diagnostics, drying and building science Comfort working with affluent homeowners, builders and commercial decision-makers Experience leading technicians and protecting job profitability Clean documentation habits and low-drama communication This role is ideal for a motivated leader eager to make a significant impact in the mold & moisture solutions industry by leveraging their expertise in technical sales, management excellence, and strategic business growth that you will also benefit from.
