The role involves identifying potential modernization projects, conducting client visits and site assessments, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting appropriate modernization solutions. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, contractors, and other key decision-makers while working closely with our Engineering and Project teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities for elevator and escalator modernization projects. Conduct site visits and assess existing elevator/escalator systems. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and modernization solutions. Manage leads, client negotiations, follow-ups, and project opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project proposals and smooth sales turnover. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
