MOBILIZATION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project and manpower mobilization. Coordinate with HR, Operations, PRO, recruitment teams, and clients. Ensure timely visa processing, onboarding, deployment, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare and monitor mobilization plans, timelines, and required documentation. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project start-up. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or a related field. 7+ years of UAE experience in mobilization, manpower, facilities management, or project operations. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of UAE visa, onboarding, and manpower deployment processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Pay: AED2,548.45 - AED8,326.26 per month Work Location: In person
