Your main responsibilities: - Apple Ads: Manage campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance optimization. - ASO: Keyword research, App Store listings, competitor analysis and creative briefs. - Client Reporting: Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities using Claude AI Skills. - Client Communication: Own day-to-day Slack conversations, requests and deliverables. - AI & Automation: Use Claude and other tools to streamline workflows and improve how we operate. Beyond client work: Help us grow! Depending on your skills, you could support sales, lead generation, SEO, AI-generated content, LinkedIn, YouTube and website updates. What success looks like: Happy clients, strong campaign performance, reliable communication and someone who takes ownership without needing constant direction. We'll provide training, videos and proven workflows. You bring the initiative and problem-solving skills. Bonus Skills Got performance marketing experience?
