Operate and calibrate batching plant control systems (e.g., Sinotech or equivalent) to ensure exact mix design proportions. Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on plant mechanical and electrical components. Supervise plant operators, driver utilities, and ground crew to ensure high productivity and safe work practices. Coordinate with Project Managers, Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineers, and site personnel regarding delivery schedules and concrete specifications. Maintain accurate daily production logs, batch tickets, and equipment service records. Qualifications vocational/technical certification in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial fields. Degree holder preferred Proven experience as a Mobile Batching Plant Supervisor or Senior Operator. Strong knowledge of concrete technology, batching systems (e.g., Sinotech), and troubleshooting techniques. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
