Ensure workers are transported safely and on time according to the company schedule. Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle. Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or mechanical issues to management. When required, drive light vehicles for official company duties. Collect and submit company documents to clients, suppliers, government offices, and other relevant locations. Purchase and collect office/site materials and other items as instructed by management. Collect material samples from suppliers or project sites and deliver/submit them to the designated laboratory, consultant, or client. Collect documents, samples, materials, and other items from project sites, suppliers, and offices as assigned. Maintain proper records and obtain acknowledgements/signatures when submitting documents or samples. Assist the site/office team with transportation-related tasks and other official errands when required. Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving policies, and all health and safety requirements. Ensure the assigned vehicle is properly maintained, fueled, and ready for daily operations. Perform other driving and transportation duties assigned by management.
