You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver smart solutions that our community of drivers loves. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Design : Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for iOS, Android, and Web platforms. - User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing with vehicle owners and dealer partners to gather actionable insights. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function seamlessly. - Design Systems: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Motorist’s design system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. - Problem Solving: Challenge the status quo, iterating quickly based on user feedback and business requirements. Your skills and experience - 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android). - A solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, problem-solving skills, and clean, modern UI design. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam). - Experience in conducting basic user research and translating qualitative/quantitative data into design improvements. - A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Proficiency in English is required to communicate with our headquarters in Singapore.
