The team works within cross-functional delivery groups, building AI solutions that integrate directly with business processes, enterprise applications, and data platforms. You will be designing, developing, and deploying production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions — building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows Úroveň Medior Senior Expert Pozice Python developer Specialista ML/AI Spolupráce Freelancer Hybrid Úvazek Plný úvazek Mzda 210 000 Kč / měsíc nebo si řekni o víc Informace Continero Prague Popis pozice What you'll be doing: Design, build, and deploy production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows Build multi-agent and multi-step workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, tools, and data sources Build evaluation frameworks to measure model and agent accuracy, quality, and reliability Implement AI guardrails, validation, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions What we're looking for: Strong hands-on Python development experience Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and tool/function calling Experience with model/LLM evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps, and production monitoring Nice to have: vector databases and semantic search, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD and cloud-native development, experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other GxP-regulated environments Zkušenosti Co požadujeme Úroveň: Medior Senior Expert Pozice Python developer Specialista ML/AI Základní dovednosti Python LLM RAG LangChain Výhodou CI/CD AWS Azure GCP Softskills English Jazyky Anglicky – domluvit se Informace o pozici Mzda 140 000 - 210 000 Kč / měsíc Typ odměny Odměna/Mzda Vzdálená práce Hybrid Pracovní prostředí Moderní Typ práce nebo projektu Moderní technologie Typ smlouvy Freelancer Typ pracovního úvazku Plný úvazek Typ firmy Velká firma nebo korporace Místo pracoviště Prague Termín pro odpověď do 01.10.2026 Termín nástupu 01.10.2026
