In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring software quality by combining hands-on manual testing with automated testing, building robust test frameworks, leveraging AI capabilities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Role Level: Senior / Mid Contract Type: B2B Hourly Rate: 190 PLN / h + VAT Work Model: 100% Remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Requirements & Experience: - Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing. - ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level or higher). - Polish: Excellent / Fluent (C1 / Native) – must-have - English: Advanced (C1 minimum) for daily international communication. - Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in international projects within the financial sector (FinTech / Banking). - AI & Modern Tech: Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and AI-driven testing practices to optimize QA workflows. - Solid experience in both automated and manual testing methodologies. - Strong background in creating automated test suites and integrating them with CI/CD workflows. - Experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud environment/services). Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment. - Responsibilities - Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., regression, performance testing) - Writes automated test scripts using BDD practices, while also planning and executing effective manual tests - Builds robust test frameworks for agile development Ensures high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing - Tools: - Java - Selenium Cucumber - What We Offer - 100% Remote Work: Complete flexibility to work remotely with predictable working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET). - Full set of required work equipment/hardware delivered directly to you. - Assistance with setting up and managing your B2B sole proprietorship (JDG / B2B setup help). - Participation in modern, high-impact international projects within the financial domain.
