We are currently searching for a: Mid-Level Power Platform Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Build, enhance, and support business applications and database data flows supporting sales, distribution, and inventory operations.
• Work alongside business analysts and technical leads to build custom Power Apps tailored to specific operational needs.
• Automate day-to-day operational workflows utilizing Power Automate.
• Write complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure seamless data flow and integration across enterprise systems.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Solid proficiency in SQL Server / Azure SQL (including T-SQL, stored procedures, joins, and schema design).
• Experience working with relational data modeling, Microsoft Dataverse, and API/Data Gateway integrations.

- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Exposure to consumer goods, retail, or logistics processes is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.

- Advanced Spanish.
