We are developing a software - ecosystem for education industry, a next-generation EdTech SaaS platform designed to revolutionize how schools and educational institutions manage their operations. Our product integrates multiple modules. And each module can be a product by itself. Candidates We are looking for a start up spirit - Technical Business Analyst with a strong product-oriented mindset and hands-on capability, or enthusiasm/willing to take on different sizes of modules ( small/big) & not afraid to learn & hand on to manage large, complex modules independently or collaboratively from A to Z Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between clients, product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to define and refine business requirements Dare & willing to take charge of different sizes of product modules from concept to delivery (A–Z) — ensure readiness for each sprint. Work closely with the PO to receive, clarify, and break down high-level product requirements into detailed specifications and actionable user stories. Translate complex business goals and domain requirements into structured documentation that is clear to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Think of yourself as module-level PO , ensuring requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Take initiative to reach out to PO and related parties to gather input, verify and perform your role without waiting for instruction. Management & Documentation Deliver and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. MUST be able to work independently & collaboratively when needed. MUST know how to balance speed and quality of your work to achieve overall goals of product. Collaborate with developers to ensure functional alignment, technical feasibility, and consistent scope delivery. Work with QA teams to develop test plans, review results, and validate that delivered functionality meets business expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related fields. At least 2-3 years of BA experience. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart. Strong product mindset and understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle. Ability to work independently or collaboratively on complex modules from A to Z. Excellent experience/willing to break down high-level or abstract requirements into detailed specifications. Strong technical understanding of SaaS systems, system integration, and data/process flow design. Edtech domain experience is an advantage Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. pay attention to details,, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on speed and quality.
