This role involves developing, enhancing, supporting, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency, with a focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and modernize SharePoint Online solutions to improve business processes and user experience. - Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) based on business requirements. - Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. - Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks. - Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications. - Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. - Identify opportunities to modernize existing applications using Microsoft 365 best practices. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven modernization projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio when applicable.
