Key Responsibilities: Gather client requirements, prepare customized proposals, costings, and quotations, and build long-term relationships. Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS like Sabre or Amadeus) and online platforms to book group flights, hotels, transfers, and local activities. Negotiate rates and availability with airlines, hotels, and destination management companies. Create rooming lists, flight manifests, and coordinate visa, ticketing, and finance details with internal teams. Handle last-minute operational changes, address client issues, and monitor feedback to ensure high service standards. Requirements & Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of relevant background in MICE operations, corporate travel management, or a destination management company. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration is preferred. Proficiency in GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus) and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines. Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Work Location: In person
